To our wonderful EU Customers,
We wanted to share an important update with you regarding our shipping policies in the EU.
Due to new regulations introduced under the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), we’ve made the difficult decision to stop shipping to EU countries effective January 1, 2025.
The new rules require businesses like ours to comply with additional safety and documentation requirements, including having a representative within the EU. While we completely support ensuring safety for consumers, the process is currently too complex and costly for us as a small business to manage.
What Does This Mean?

Orders Before January 1, 2025: All orders placed before this date will be processed and shipped as usual.

Preorders Before January 1, 2025: All preorders placed before this date will also be processed and shipped as usual.

Future EU Orders: Unfortunately, we can’t accept any new orders from EU addresses starting January 1, 2025.
We’re truly sorry to our amazing EU customers who have supported us over the years. We’re working hard to find a solution that’s both compliant and affordable, and we hope to be able to resume shipping to the EU in the future.
Shipping to Other Regions
If you’re located in the UK, the US, Canada, or Asia, this change doesn’t affect you—we’ll continue shipping to these regions as usual.
