Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you’re welcome to cancel it. Just send us an email at chat@byemj.com, and we’ll take care of the rest. Once your order is on its way, we’re unable to cancel it, but we’re here to help with anything else you need.
Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us! We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To start a return or exchange, please email us at chat@byemj.com. If the return or exchange is due to a faulty or defective item, or if we sent the wrong product, we’ll cover the return shipping. Otherwise, the shipping fee will be the customer’s responsibility.
Please ensure all items are returned unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition with tags and protective film attached. Any freebies that came with your order are yours to keep!
Refunds
Store credit is issued equivalent to the refund amount instead of a cash refund. Store credit spends like money in our store so you can use it to pay for the product, shipping, or both!
